Team Viewer - Harder to eradicate than cancer?

I have been trying to cancel my TV subscription and seem to have gone down a rabbit hole. TV's most recent email informing us of the inevitable COVID-19 inspired price hike offers a link to a form to 'object' (and hopefully unsubscribe) but it just lands at the community support page (aka support on the cheap).

I have raised a ticket and seem to have had a response but clicking through it displays the rather irritating message that I do not have permission to view that page!

Hello, TeamViewer. Do you have any actual humans?

Anybody else had so much trouble unhooking from these guys?

Any customer who wishes to cancel needs only to submit a ticket:

Please know that the TeamViewer support team works the ticket based on the day you submitted it, not the day they reply.

As long as the ticket was successfully submitted within the appropriate time frame, there would be no issue with the request, even if a response was delayed for any reason.

If you would like to PM the ticket number of the request, we are happy to confirm its receipt.
