remote access license no activation link
Hi All. I have been on this topic already.
I have still not received any activation link for my remote access license. As nobody can help on the phone, I cannot even ask for a refund within the 7 days available. I would like to submit a ticket. How can I do it as it is sending me back constantly to the community and I do not seem to get the ticket form to submit.

The license activation email is sent immediately after purchase. If this does not arrive, it is usually due to the email being rejected by your email service.
If you would like to PM the email address used for purchase, we are happy to create a ticket for you.
