Can’t connect outside of my workplace?

when I first installed team viewer, it was to use for work. Now every time I open my team viewer, on the window where it shows my ID and password, at the top I always see my company logo. Even the window is called (Company Name) - TeamViewer. Does this mean only people from my workplace can connect? If so I have no clue how to change the settings....

Hello @Jeri03,

This means that a customized TeamViewer module is installed on your device. Depending on the access settings your company has set up, they might be able to connect to your device.

If you don't want this to happen, please uninstall the TeamViewer application and install the standard module from our website:

https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/
