File transfer from PC to Mobile

I am trying to add my mobile (Android 10) to the list of my Desktop computers: (Translation from German) "Add new computer" -> ID of the TeamViewer on my mobile -> password of my desktop TeamViewer -> Description/name. This mobile figures now in the list of my computers. However I cannot connect to the mobile, nothing happens although TV on the mobile is running.

Please make sure to install TeamViewer Host or TeamViewer QuickSupport on your mobile phone.
