A remote support Company Giving **Bleep** Support?

I have to say for being a remote support company you sure make it complicated to get support. I had double purchased a license and need refunded for one of the licenses.

    Hello @JM2021,

    To submit a ticket to our customer support, please log in with your licensed TeamViewer account (the one your license is activated on) and click on Submit a ticket

    Our customer support will be able to cancel and refund the license you don't need.
