Hello,
first thing to notice is that my account management is in german and many of the things in my questions are in english which i translated. So i dont really know which word is used in the english version. So please pardon if I am using the wrong words.
I tried to join my company with my account. I did send the request from my management console to my companys email adress.
The current status is in progress but the companies account manager confirmed, that he gave me acesss to the companies account.
But it doesnt update. I had this status for quite some time and it wont change.
What can I do?
