How to activate my account

I had an expired business license under my works email address.

I had to purchase a license for some quick one on one support which I did and activated the license via an email link using the same business email address.

Then I got message saying I cant use this so have to create a new account but the licence has been activated on the business email so now I still can get connect.

Help file says you must uninstall the business account and use another email address, so how do I use my purchase license with the new email address I have now set up?

If you would like to activate the new license, please use a new TeamViewer account for activation please as one license can only activate on one account. For more information, feel free to check out the following articles:

If you would like to activate the new license on the work account, the previous license would have to remove before the new account activation.
