So far did anyone encounter this issue where TeamViewer session screen freeze once the user's device connected to VPN?
TeamViewer session resume once I get the user to disconnect VPN on his/her device
In other words, I can only TeamViewer to user's device without any issue if there is no VPN connection on the device.
I have tried restart my laptop, restart the device laptop.
Using latest version of TeamViewer QuickSupport (User's device).
This issue only happens to my laptop, no issue if I try TeamViewer using another laptop to user's device (VPN)
2 weeks ago was working fine.. not sure why it doesn't work suddenly
Any idea what could be the reason for this?
