license activated but still reads as free account

I have bought and activated a license for remote access (3 computers) but on the teamviewer management console it still reads as if I have a free account.

As a result I ge kicked out of my session afetr a few minutes. I followed the steps for license activation so I do not understand wat steps I am missing here...
