What is meant by "Instant license access"?

I've paid for my license, received an order confirmation email (two actually) - but no account activation link or anything else like that. Been over 30 minutes now. Definitely not "instant"!

How long is this going to take???

Yes. Terrible service though. Purchased the license at about 1PM. Got the license at 9PM.

Please explain to me how that is "instant access"??

I get that you are the French community moderator, but the fact that I get a French response to an English question really just sums up the poor customer support that I've experienced so far.

The ONLY reason why I am paying TeamViewer for a license is because we're working with partners who use TeamViewer and it would be inconvenient to switch to an alternate solution.

Exact same problem for me.

It was bad enough I couldn't buy a monthly subscription. I had to pay for a year. But the issue I needed remote access for was big enough that I was willing to pay the $600 in order to get my instant access.

Now here I sit...I've received two order confirmation emails, but no license. Freaking disaster.

No, I don't understand. The sales page promises instant access. It was almost 24 hours later that I received my license key. Far too late for what I needed.

Then I was promised a refund, and now can't get a reply.

Should I expect to receive my refund, or do I need to charge back my credit card?

You did say that, @Yuri_T , and yet I have not received a reply in two weeks.

I suppose tomorrow I'll just need to charge back my credit card since I can't seem to get TeamViewer to do what they say they would do.
