Help in remote accessing a Samsung A52? I can remote access my S9 and Nokia phones by waking up their screens from sleep. Unfortunately, I can't do the same for a Samsung A52. When it is asleep, I can't get in until the person with the phone wakes up the screen. I need to be able to wake up the screen on my own. The phone is set to wake up with a double tap. It worked when I first bought the phone but now that I have given the phone to my mom and providing support 3K miles away--I can't tap the phone to wake up. All I see is a black screen. No amount of tapping or swiping of the screen will wake up the phone. Very frustrating, please help! TV works once I get past the black screen but getting past the black screen is a major problem.
