I would like to upgrade win 7 to win10 pro. Can this change be detected as "commercial use"?

I am using win7 pro. Use Teamviewer only to help family members or sometimes friends. It's time to upgrade. I would prefer using the win 10 Pro version. I would not consider this OS as a "server-OS", but didn't find any info if teamviewer has the same point of view about this version.

I would like to know this BEFORE installing a new OS... 😧

Yes, Windows 10 Pro is compatible with the free version.
