After an Urgent breakdown in our account I would expect a much more expedite course of action from your side ?
This morning, our 1st call ended up in a non collaborative point of contact that ended up in hanging up the call in our face !?
2nd call was properly driven and data collected but so far we don’t have any further reply or update.
We need URGENTLY your immediate feedback so we can normalize this situation and operate within the normality of the service we bought and expect from your product.
Appreciate your prompt action and help on this.
Afterwards, let’s learn if you have interest in us as your client and why a team member hangs up the phone in our face !
