I respect your policy and I use TeamViewer for personals reasons (From my Business laptop to my Personal PC at home) but yet i am getting my connections interrupted after n minute. Please Help.
I use my Teamviewer account to control several computers including personal ones where I do image processing. This is in the context of academic research at a French public University (completely non-commercial). In Jenuary 2021, I started my internship and some time after I needed to use my workcomputer to continue my processing from home. After little amount of time I started to receive alerts about detection of commercial use and limitation of connections. I filed a Verification request that resulted in the reset of my account to "Free". What do I do now???
So even if it is my laptop I use as an independent consultant?

Thanks for your post.
Please know that connections from your Business laptop to any device, regardless of use, is considered commercial use.
Connections from such devices and locations would flag the alert and limit the connection.
