Device authorization repeated every day!

Why won't device authorization last more than ONE session?

I get the message "Signed on from new device,", then the email, "Device Authorization Needed". I click on the link in the email, Add to Trusted Devices, and submit that page. Then I can use the Teamviewer Management Console for one day. Then the next day I try to use Teamviewer, I have to go thru the WHOLE signed on from new device process AGAIN. Same computer, same location.

Why won't it remember Trusted Devices?

I am using Teamviewer 15.18.4 free version.

    Hello @azjd2009,

    It could be the case if you are:

    • using the incognito mode in your browser
    • using a VPN during your TeamViewer usage
