Help ?? Nuk preloaded software doesnt have the shortcut?

I bought the nuk computer from acorn which has the preloaded cnc12 version 4.6 . i dont see the cnc 12 software shortcut on my screen just notepad, nstallerfile and teamview. tried to install and tells me i need to rename the cncm directory and re run installer ? help?
