Please help.
Upgraded to Business so I can work remotely on my work PC from home.
Paid for the upgrade - did not get an email for the licensing activation.
I have received emails regarding device security - but NOT license activation.
I have checked SPAM filtering and junk mail etc to no avail.
I cannot see anywhere else to log a problem - every time I navigate to the service or the contact options I get nowhere - so I am afraid I have had to ask this question here.
I suspect this will be a relatively simple sales/IT issue to resolve by resending me an activation key. Not sure if I need to (or should) publish the payment/order no here or my teamviewer ID - but I can provide these if needed to get this thing working again.
