Problem witn update of Teamviewer

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with an update of Teamviewer on a PC.

I would like to do this update but Its stop about the middle...

I would be to go from version 9.0 to version 15.2,

Do you know where the problem could come from ?

In attachment, there is a picture of the error.

    Hello @rems214,

    It could be that updating from TeamViewer 9 to 15 is a "too big jump" and therefore creates some error.

    I'd recommend uninstalling TeamViewer 9 and installing TeamViewer 15 directly from our webpage:

    Ok thank you, but my initial problem is the remote connection is very difficult,

    do you think that can solve the problem ?

    Yes, updating the software is always the best troubleshoot you can do.

    Are you sure that the link you sent me is for teamviewer host version 15.2 ?
