No Edit Profile in Management Console

I have a v12 perpetual licence (business) that I want to switch from one laptop to another. I would usually go into Edit Profile and move the seat from one registered device to another, but when I go into the management console, it shows the usual list of remote computers, indicating that I'm logged in to my account correctly, but there's nothing in the top right hand corner to indicate my account/profile. (It's not browser dependent, either.)

    So, basically, where I would need to got to "Under the License tab, click the Add new device button to the right under Detected installations" - I have no way of getting there any more!

    To add - this now means that I cannot see a way to log out of the management console either? LOL!
