How can I get someone from Team Viewer company to help me?
I had several Team Viewer accounts as we were buying licenses when the pandemic started as we needed. I am in charge now for our Team Viewer accounts and trying since February to consolidate our accounts and get them to correct our customer portal. Seems anything they do creates additional problem and numerous tickets I opened, hours on the phone with their support and dozen of emails, we are still on their wrong invoice that they cancelled but cannot remove from my account. Also, I am not allowed to change the simple log on email address to the portal, and NO ONE there is able to help me. Today, I received another WRONG charge on my credit card, for one license that was consolidated to my new account and they boldly charged me again !!!!!!!!!
What a messy and criminal organization is this Team Viewer !!!
