Access signature on USB stick (dongle) via remote access

I need to repair signature issue on remote computer, but I cant see signatures on the USB dongle connected on remote computer.

Can anybody tell me how to enable this feature?

If you want to connect to a USB stick on a remote computer, you need to connect via the TeamViewer VPN:
