Bonnie Manning - I have a paid account but it is the least expensive license. How do I get support?

TeamViewer keeps kicking me out with a message "US Metro session has ended - 1006"

It kicks me out several times a day

    I am having a heck of a time getting help from Teamviewer. I don't know protocol.

    I am getting kicked out of teamviewer several times a day and have a paid account but maybe not the correct account?

    I don't know where to get my answers once I put in a question through the community?
