I'm helping my aunt and she paid $600 for a license which she has still not received (almost a week later). I can't do anything to help her since my free account to just was flagged as commercial even though it is clearly a personal email address on both sides and the interactions have not been that often. Anyway, my experience thus far with TeamViewer has not been a good one and after an hour with support last week and them telling me that they would contact me once the issue was resolved, I still have no more info other than the invoice they sent me thanking me (or her I should say) for the purchase. Hopefully someone will see this and be able to help.
