Trying to connect to laptop remotely, but I am getting a message saying that the remote location needs to update software. Both laptops are running current versions. Any ideas??

My client is starting Teamviewer from my website : [Links removed]

Hi Vic,

Can you make sure that the license is activated on your account and you are logged in when making the connection?

As you want to connect to version 11, you need to utilize your license as unlicensed connections are limited to version 15.
