PLEASE. Can anyone help me? I pay enough for my licence but can never find any useful support (outside of the Community) when I need it. It's like TV doesn't want to know once they have the money.

My question is: is there any way to transfer my licence and all the information about the 60+ remote PCs to the new computer without starting again from scratch. Thank you to anyone who can help. This is really worrying me.

Hello @Annebria,

As the account information is account-based and not computer-based, you only need to log in with your TeamViewer credentials on the new computer:

All the computer groups (and other information) will be available on the new computer.
