I have been using TEAMVIEWER for years... to connect from my laptop to my PC at home. I did pay for the service in full many years ago.
Now... I got a new laptop and can not connect and if I upgrade to the latest version the app is trying to charge me for the service that I already paid.
Can you please let me know what is the solution for me? What happens for the old customers like me?
