How can I actually submit a support ticket?

Support is unreachable by phone. Unresponsive to emails.

Help pages say to submit a ticket...the two pages they link to are:

support.teamv iewer.com/

and

teamv iewer.com/support

Neither of those have a link to actually submit a ticket.

Does teamviewer actually have a way to submit tickets or is all that just a lie?

Teamviewer is really falling apart.

@Yuri_T , I haven't been able to receive a reply to my support ticket. I feel ignored.

I was promised a refund for the license that teamviewer failed to provide. Will teamviewer be refunding me, or do I need to charge back my credit card?
