I'm having issues logging a ticket - the link to "submit a ticket" just takes me back to teamviewer community.
What is the email address to support/submit a ticket?

Thank you for your post.
You need to submit a support ticket with a licensed account otherwise it comes to the Community page as you mentioned.
Please activate your license first and then submit a ticket: https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/72027-how-to-submit-a-ticket
