I see it online, I launch the connection it does not return errors but it does not connect.

Our development team is aware of this issue. We are currently investigating the situation.
Devices that are impacted are Windows Servers 2012R2 (Win_6.3.9600_S) that are not up-to-date.
Updated OS are not impacted by this issue. Could you check if you can update your OS to the latest version?

I am currently have the same issue on 2 out of 3 of my 2012r2 servers. all 3 are 6.3 Build 9600. the 2 that fail are teamviewer host version 15.16.8 HC (32bit). and they will try to update but they fail. I can see them and in the TV console just will not connect.
the system I can connect to the teamviewer host version 15.20.6 HC (32bit).
