Can't connect to a partner PC or access TeamViewer website through 3rd party VPN

Until this morning, I've been able to have a 3rd party VPN (NordVPN) active on my PC and have still been able to access everything that I've ever needed (remote PC's) through TeamViewer. This morning, I tried to access a remote PC and I could not connect to team viewer at all, nor could I even connect to the TeamViewer website. I turned my VPN off, and seem to be able to connect just fine.

I've tried rebooting my PC, and same result. Turn VPN on, Try to access team viewer, and it wont' connect. Turn VPN back off, and can access TeamViewer again.

What changed?

    Hi Tameen,

I am not 100% sure but this might be related to the issue we are currently experiencing: See our Status page: https://status.teamviewer.com/

In case you have a TeamViewer license, please feel free to send in a ticket to our team with the following data to help them find it:

    • Public IP
    • Provider (ISP)
    • Support Collector

Typing "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter in CMD / switching to google DNS 8.8.8.8 manually might help.

Thanks and sorry for the issue today,

    Esther

Hi Esther, Where can I find a link to send in a support ticket? I've been searching for just that. And you may be right, it may be related to that recent issue.

    Thanks!
