Version 11 Perpetual License

I am running version 11 and today I received a message asking that I make sure I am running a newer version. Then I am directed to a web site that gives a schedule for depreciation (deprecation?) of legacy versions but version 11 is not mentioned.

Will I be able to continue using my perpetual license after September 15 and if so, for how long?

HI Aviator,

Yes, you are right: TeamViewer in version 11 is not part of the discontinuation of server support for TeamViewer 8-10 licenses on September 15th, 2021.

Can you check whether your local device is running with a TeamViewer 11 and secondly make sure that the remote device is also not running on a TeamViewer version 8, 9 or 10?

If one of the devices is using an older TeamViewer version, please make sure to update them to TeamViewer 11.
