Hello,

I'm trying to connect to my friend's laptop. She has Ubuntu 20.04 and I use Windows 10 and whenever we try to connect we get "Reason Unknown Error". But, on the same laptop when she reboots using windows 10, we are able to establish a connection, Windows 10(her laptop) to Windows 10(my laptop). And When I reboot using Ubuntu 20.04, we are able to establish a connection, Windows 10(her laptop) to Ubuntu 20.04(my laptop), but the other way around, Ubuntu 20.04(her laptop) to Windows 10 (my laptop) gives the error. Her laptop Ubuntu 20.04 is newly installed and both of our TeamViewer version is 15.19. Can someone help with the issue?

Thanks

There is a way, it is just that Ubuntu 20.04 uses Wayland by default which is not supported for inbound connections yet, but if before loggin in she clicks on the ubuntu icon near her username and change it to Gnome on Xorg you will be able to remote into her machine.
