Hello - sorry for the possibly dumb question. I have free version on my desktop mainly to help mom etc figure things out. Recently purchased a laptop that i want to remotely log into my desktop to work while off-site but cannot seem to figure out how to gain access. Downloaded host team viewer on laptop but only gives me option to be controlled by desktop which up to this point has been the host. I only want the laptop to control the desktop (yet still need desktop to host helping mom etc.). Seems i am missing something simple. Thx for the help.
