Hi, I have payed team viewer invoice a year ago
This lasted until today.
I have payed (over a month ago) another invoice for another year -
The dates in it were doubled from last year - so I was given a credit note
Instead of using the credit note to pay the invoice, I was locked out of my account because of missed payment, with the credit note (for the entire year) locked in it.
Team viewer support is not good to say the least - no one picking up the phone, opened ticket from days ago remained locked out.
Where do we go from here?
