We have been advised by our support staff that they are unable to use Teamviewer to connect to computers that are joined to Azure AD.
We have a few machines that are joined to Azure AD and it seems to be the only computers affected.
I will attempt to give as much information as possible.
Workgroup joined computer ---> Workgroup joined computer = Working 100% with the auto generated passwords
On-PremiseAD joined computer ---> On-PremiseAD joined computer = Working 100% with the auto generated passwords
Workgroup joined computer ---> AzureAD joined computer = Authentication error unable connect
On-PremiseAD joined computer ---> AzureAD joined computer = Authentication error unable connect
But from AzureAD joined computer can connect to any computer.
Must we do the AzureAD configuration and integration in order to get this to work or what steps do we take to have this resolved.
We are planning in the comming months to join over a 1000 computers to AzureAD and cannot have this problem, if someone can advise will really appreciate the help.
