screen pause/stop very very fast, within 1 minute when I remote access one site PC

Recently I almost can't access one remote site PC. Before never had such kind of problem. My PC screen stop refresh and almost can't access remote PC, can't see and can't control due to screen stopped. Each time I log in the remote PC only last several seconds or within one minute, then everything stopped.

What's problem? How to solve it?

I recommend restarting the TeamViewer service on your computer.

If this does not solve the issue, you will need to restart the TeamViewer service on the remote computer as well.

I restart the service on both side PC. But the problem is still there. screen will be pause and no any response and update within one minute. If I key in something, it will stop faster.
