I installed TeamViewer on an employees laptop and shipped it abroad. I was preparing to do a company set up and when I tried to connect I got the message "You are blocklisted or not allowlisted by this partner".
This was a fresh TeamViewer install. When I asked the user to check their "blacklist" they were unable to access the options menu as it was prompting for some password which was never set by me or the employee, so we do not know what it is.
I talked them through uninstalling and removing all settings from TeamViewer during the uninstall which was done and TeamViewer was downloaded again. TeamViewer worked yesterday after this but now again today the device gives me the same message "You are blocklisted or not allowlisted by this partner".
Can someone please help me resovle this issue? I would really appreciate any guidance with this. The download was done just the same as all of the other devices I have setup (dozens if not hundreds) and I am simply not sure what the problem is. Is this a TeamViewer issue or possibly a System settings issue?
