my remote host is off line and I signed out of it on last use. Why is it off line?

I am using window 10. It worked fine the last time. I thought I was able to sign out and still would be able to connect. If I cannot sign out without these problems ,is not this a security problem. Is there a way I can get connected again?

Hello @James76,

If a Host is offline, it means that the computer on which the Host is running lost connection from our servers.

This could be that:

• The internet connection went off
• The computer was turned off
• etc...

You need to get Internet running again on the Host to get it back online.
