I saw in my bank statement that I paid an invoice. It's ok but I didn't receive my invoice and I can't activate my portal to download it myself or submit a ticket. I really need that invoice and I can't get it. This is getting very frustrating because I don't understand why they won't just email me the freaking invoice when they take money from my bank account to pay it.
The process is straight from a Kafka novel. I've logged in numerous times but I just can't get to the place where I can download my account.
