I have many clients in the world with v10 installs, which I understand will be deprecated soon. At some point years ago, we upgraded our license to v11, however not all clients were updated. Accessing a v10 machine as a v11 technician caused no issues.
When performing a remote update as prompted on v10 clients, we are informed that it will upgrade to v15. When performing the same action on v11 tech pcs, we are only taken to the latest v11. This creates a licensing issue for our v11 technicians being unable to access v15 clients.
These machines are physically located worldwide, and many are headless (no monitor) - they are used for remote access to automation systems, meaning a manual upgrade to v11 from v10 is NOT possible.
Will v11 also be grandfathered into v15 support?
