How can one cancel a subscription?

I have a paid subscription and try to cancel it. If I go to service I end up in the community portal. How can one company make it that hard to do a simple task like canceling a subscription.

I also tried online chat but that eventually leads only to the Community portal. Any help on how to raise a ticket to cancel the subscription?

its incredible dont have a cancel button or similar I cant cancel yet

good luck. it says you have to submit a service ticket and that isnt working but they wont help or respond. Its like deaf ears.
