ISP DNS Server IP is Blocked by Teamviewer

Dear Support,

Our client is using TeamViewer for remote access.

They are using ISP name server for primary DNS.

ISP support reported that they found out the DNS server IP is blocked by TeamViewer.

How to ask TeamViewer to release the blocked list from TeamViewer server?

Please advise!!
