Android to Android Connection Failed (no route)

I am trying to connect Android host to TeamViewer Android to Android and it is showing error connection failed (no route). Kindly Help.

WHAT DOES THIS ERROR MEAN, AND HOW IS IT CAUSED?

Would please update both devices and TeamViewer itself to the latest version?
