How do you contact Teamviewer in Australia?

I have rung both numbers available on site, both disconnected. Tried to do support chat, cuts me off. I have paid license but they keep cutting me off saying I need to buy subscription. My sub is until April 2022. spent the afternoon going around a circle of frustration & getting nowhere.

Does anyone know how to successfully contact Teamviewer Australia???

I have tried to do that but because Teamviewer thinks I don't have an active account, the support chat just keeps giving me notes that are irrelevant and blips out within 2 seconds, I have tried numerous times, but useless. Still unable to use my account, which is a work related account, so I am unable to use it for my remote employment, very frustrating and disappointing
