I am disconnected automatically after every 4.56 mins Why ?

I I have Premium 12 License purchased in 2017 . it was working finr till date. But now when I an online it disconnects me after every 4.56 mins. When contacted team viewer they say if it is not working better upgrade to new version on chargable basisi. Yhat also on yeraly basis.

why I should upgrade license ? If I have prmium 12 License I should be eleigible to use it atleat 10 years !
