I'm using the free account, or at least trying to. The client (my personal laptop) has the most up-to-date version, is signed into my account, and has unattended access turned on. Despite the bottom status saying "ready to connect", any connection attempt from the web portal (e.g. from my work laptop, using the TV client, also the latest version) says "connecting to (#)" for a whole second or so before it disappears... no error, no reason for the lack of connection, nothing I can search an answer for.
