Remote control will not connect - stuck at Authenticating until it times out.

I have unattended access set up, but am unable to connect with either my iPhone or another computer. It just sits at Authenticating on the computer until it times out. Same with the iPhone. All versions up to date, even tried reinstalling TeamViewer on the PC I am attempting to connect to.

    Hello @flsporthorse,

    I recommend restarting the TeamViewer service on your computer.

    If this does not solve the issue, you will need to restart the TeamViewer service on the remote computer as well.

    My Acer chromebook and Huawei phone both refuse incoming connections for remote control. I have restarted both but to no avail. Anything I can do?

    Additionally I got:

    This ping3.teamviewer.com page can’t be found No webpage was found for the web address: http//ping3.teamviewer.com/ HTTP ERROR 404

    With master.teamviewer.com I got:

    This site is running TeamViewer.
