I have accidetanly deleted my TeamViewer Business account. Is the any way to reassociate a brand new account with the license?

There seems to be a bug with your license. Unfortunately, we cannot troubleshoot this kind of bug.
I recommend calling our customer support directly.
Yes I did but the license seems to be invalid.
If I login in on the customer Portal https://service.teamviewer.com/ the license is active.
Any other way to reactivate the license on the Management concole?

Did you click on the activation link, as described in Step 2?
Unfortunately I do not see the same options of the article.
This link will only work with old licenses.
