Can't connect from Android to pc using local network

Hello !

Im trying to connect to my pc from my Redmi 9T using LAN, both devices are in same network

After entering the ip app says "Couldn't connect to partner" and then "Connection failed no route"

i have googled this error and find out that this bug was fixed in early 2019

Pls help me solve this issue

Please make sure both devices and TeamViewer clients are up-to-date.
