Connecting between PC and remote Mac

Hi Just wondering if it is a known issue for connecting between PC and remote Mac desktops?

I am having no troubles connecting from an ipad/iphone or macbook to a remote Mac Mini computer, but through the web portal on PC and through the teamviewer app on PC I cannot connect to the remote Mac-Mini.

Is there a way that the connection can be done between PC web portal and PC app to the remote Mac Mini?

No known issues we are aware of... 🤓

But there is a specific configuration you need to do before being able to connect to a Mac.
